* REFUND POLICY -
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! There are no refunds for any purchases unless otherwise notified. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase please contact me through Facebook messenger. I do not check emails regularly so messenger will be the quickest way to receive a response.
If you do not have a way to message through Facebook please send an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
* CANCELATION POLICY -
If something arises and I need to reschedule a show it will be posted on the Facebook Business page. Your order will be fulfilled and carried over to the next show.
* RETURN POLICY -
I am sorry but I do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there has been a mistake on my end, I will resolve the issue.
* SHIPPING POLICY -
My shipping costs are estimated when you check out but if your package weighs and cost more to ship then what you paid you will be invoiced for the additional shipping. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING BEFORE I SEND YOUR ORDER OUT.
* Orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days & they will ship through UPS or USPS. Delivery time will vary pending on the post office and location it is being sent to.
* A tracking number will be sent to your email and if you do not receive tracking by the 10th day please send me a message & I will send you the tracking number.
Please note once packages leave my hand it is out of my control. PLEASE BE PATIENT, you will receive your items.
